The young chefs in Cornucopia Project's After School Cooking Club were in for a special treat during a recent visit from Chef Keith of The Optimist Cafe in Jaffrey. He brought his expert pastry skills to the classroom, guiding students through the process of making mini apple pies with a professional twist! 🥧 From mixing and rolling the dough to learning the science behind it all, students were focused and engaged every step of the way - absorbing new skills and techniques with care (and a bit of flour on their aprons.) Cooking Club is all about connection, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen. We’re so grateful to partner with local chefs like Keith who inspire the next generation of food lovers.
