Supporters of the Oregon Consortium for Nursing Education SOCNE Contact Us Email SOCNE4allgmail. com Mail SOCNE PO Box 42405 Portland OR 97242 About Us SOCNEs primary purpose is to increase the capacity and quality of nursing education in Oregon by educating more nursing students using a curriculum that is responsive to health care needs. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides funding for the educational and faculty development activities of the Oregon Consortium for Nursing Education OCNE a partnership of Oregon nursing programs ten community colleges and five campuses housing the Oregon Health Science University bachelors degree with a major in nursing program.
