The mission of R.U.B.I.E.S., Inc. is to educate, equip and empower underserved girls with the knowledge and skills to be successful in college, career, and community. The vision of R.U.B.I.E.S., Inc. is to prepare underserved girls, especially those that aspire higher education as a first generation college student. By educating them with knowledge, equipping them with essential life skills and empowering them to realize their best in every situation.
