DELTA HUMANE SOCIETY
DHS was founded in 2008 to aid the animals of the North Louisiana delta area. This is an area of almost 7000 sq miles where a third of the population lives at or below the poverty level. There are no shelters or animal control and DHS is the only 501c3 animal welfare organization.
