Our Mission Statement What We Do Why We Do it What We Can Do Together Membership PALA offers three different membership opportunities. PROVIDER MEMBERSHIPThe Provider membership is for any forprofit or notforprofit organization that owns or operates a licensed Personal Care Home or Assisted Living Residence in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Annual membership dues are based on resident capacity.
