PMR is a 501c3 non-profit all breed dog and puppy rescue group located in Raleigh, N.C. We are a network of dedicated volunteers that open our homes and our hearts to the unwanted adoptable animals in the rural high kill shelters of NC and SC Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters in NC and surrounding states and educate the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership
