Community Resource | Connections of Cumberland County | North Carolina Connecting to Improve Lives Connections of Cumberland County operates the only walkin Day Resource Center with case management that serves single women and women with children who are homeless or atrisk of homelessness. Our center collaborates with other community partners to bring a variety of services together in one easytoaccess location.
