WE ARE Habitat for Neighborhood Business Habitat for Neighborhood Business recognizes the challenges posed by the migration of businesses and services away from many urban neighborhoods and has built a timetested program to support entrepreneurship in these communities to help them thrive again. A Pebble in a Pond Just as when a pebble is dropped in a still pond the ripple stretches far and wide. Through our affiliated colleges and universities along with our volunteer mentors and donors the Habitat for Neighborhood Business program provides the tools to support established and aspiring entrepreneurs to increase economic vitality commercial investment and job growth. The result is these entrepreneurs become a stabilizing force in underserved communities for those who live there to thrive and flourish.
