CBIC Crystal Beach Improvement Corporation Our Mission To protect the rights of our community lot owners HOME Board meets second Saturday of the month at Friends Community Building Crystal Beach Estates is a small Private community located on the shores of the Pamlico river opposite Goose Creek State Park and historic Bath NC. It has numerous full time residents and is a popular summer destination for its members and their guests. Water recreation abounds with boating and fishing opportunities on the river and local creeks. Now that Memorial Day Weekend is upon us and it being recognized as the unofficial beginning of Summer we will likely see an increase in traffic in our neighborhood.
