Congrats to Mr. Dick Messbarger, Honorary Naval Aviator #38! During our bi-monthly Directors & All-Hands Membership meeting (downtown Kingsville) on 03April the members of the #KingsvilleNavyLeague and Sailors from NAS Kingsville and TW-2 were fortunate to capture a photo with Dick & Sandra Messbarger (center, Dick with gray pants/Sandra in a black dress) in celebration of Dick receiving this prestigious award from the #ChiefOfNavalOperations.
