The mission of High Expectations is to empower youth to be active members of the community while strengthening the community support of healthy youth development. High Expectations works with the whole community to empower and empower adults. Youth are our future and they look to the adults for support, guidance and most of all they look to adults for the way they should act and what they should do in the community.
