TO EDUCATE,ENGAGE AND EMPOWER THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS AND THE GULF COAST BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ANALYSIS NECESSARY TO ADVOCATE FOR MORE ACCOUNTABLE AND JUST GOVERNANCE.
