Growth through community VFW Youth Groupof Orange County Kazuo Masuda VFW Post 3670 VFW Youth Group The Kazuo Masuda VFW Post 3670 Youth Group of Orange County is a nonprofit started by the Kazuo Masuda family in 1957. Our mission is to foster the growth and development of youth and to build community through service and volunteerism. Programs include youth athletics activities that teach good sportsmanship and teamwork and service events that promote engagement in the community and leadership skills. Keiki Kodomo Keiki Kodomo basketball program is for children beginning in the sport ages 5 to 7 years old.
