It is a curated dinner in an extraordinary space, designed for conversation, culture, and unforgettable artistry. The menu features shellfish cioppino in tomato basil broth, Mediterranean spaghetti salad, caprese filet mignon over parmesan risotto, and tiramisu in a bitter chocolate cup. Each course is paired with wines of rare pedigree, including Château Pontet-Canet 2008 and Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo 2022. This is your last opportunity to experience it. Opera Baltimore’s Season Preview Party is where summer officially begins! On June 3, we’re turning the historic Engineers Club into the most glamorous, music-filled gathering in town. And this year’s featured artists bring the fire: 🎶 Daniel Scofield – Commanding and charismatic, his baritone resonates with both finesse and power. You saw him electrify the stage in "Eugene Onegin". Now he’s back. 🎶 Emily Margevich – A rising star whose artistry is vibrant, nuanced, and magnetic. After lighting up the stage in both "La bohème" and "Eugene Onegin", she’s returning with even greater brilliance. 🎶 Joy Schreier – A pianist of elegance and emotional depth. From 2019's "The Consul" through 2024's "Eugene Onegin", from galas to Thirsty Thursdays, her performances make every event sparkle. 🎶 Mary Elizabeth Williams – One of the most thrilling sopranos working today.
