Uihlein Mercy Center ("UMC") is currently in the process of dissolution. Prior to the decision to dissolve, the organization operated as a skilled nursing facility. It was a not - for - profit subsidiary of Mercy Uihlein Health Corporation ("MUHC") whose mission was to reflect God's healing presence and love through the provision of long-term care services in the Tri Lakes region of New York State. Mercy Uihlein Health Corporation is a member of Catholic Health East.
