Supporting Individuals w/ Developmental Disabilities, like Autism, in Westchester County since 1949 The Arc Westchester is the largest agency in Westchester County supporting children, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families. The Arc Westchester Foundation’s mission is to increase public awareness and to raise financial support from the community, generating income through long-term investments and distributing funds to support services for people with developmental disabilities in Westchester County.
