PCA, the Area Agency on Aging for Philadelphia, touches the lives of 140,000 older adults annually. PCA coordinates a broad range of services that help older Philadelphians and those with disabilities live as independently as possible. To improve the quality of life for older Philadelphians and those with disabilities and to assist them in achieving the greatest possible levels of health, independence and productivity.

PCAsupported fitness keeps older adults active Sandra Steward leads EnhanceFitness classes at Star Harbor Senior Community Center in Southwest Philadelphia helping older adults stay active mobile and strong.
