The Second Century Fund is an approved Scholarship Organization in the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program. We are permitted to accept corporate contributions with tax credits earned through the EITC-SO, PKTC and OSTC funding pools.We currently provide tuition assistance scholarships to qualified low- and moderate-income families. Our standing policy guarantees that our annual scholarship total is equivalent to 95% of tax credit contributions.
