Gunnison Valley Observatory Carpe NoctemSeize the Night 2025 Public Season Dates. This summer we will offer public lectures dome tours and small scope viewing every Friday and Saturday night from June 20 through August 30. Check out our small group Premier Nights and Deluxe Dome Tours and new this year get up close and personal with the Moon on a Full Moon Dome Tour. The Gunnison Valley Observatory is a publiclyowned facility managed by an allvolunteer board of directors and staffed and operated by dedicated volunteers who will ensure your visit is a pleasant and educational experience.
