We’re thrilled to share that another family moved into housing yesterday! May has been a busy and exciting month, with a total of five families successfully making the transition from shelter to housing. Congratulations to each of these families on this important milestone! A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated case management team for their continued support and guidance throughout their shelter journey. These families have now entered our Partners in Progress program, where they will continue to receive case management support from our Housing Resource Specialist over the next year.
