Abandoned Boats - A Comprehensive Overview For months documentary filmmaker Jeff Phillips has been riding along with Wounded Nature - Working Veterans and documenting the abandoned boat problem and removal process. Along the way he interviewed a State Representative, DNR officers, Charleston Police, Harbor Unit, and members of the Coast Guard who volunteered their time on their days off to assist. He even interviewed one of the individuals living aboard one of the derelict non-running boats downtown.
