Discover The Parris Foundation | Empowering Education & Opportunity THE PARRIS FOUNDATION We spread opportunity for healthy life choices through mental health counseling college preparation and community outreach The Parris Foundation is a grassroots organization dedicated to extending crimevictim recovery and postsecondary education to disenfranchised communities our mission committed nationwide volunteers 115 in annual funding to support our cause 1. 75M families 5000 individuals served each year 1480 Helping the underserved since 2008 The Parris Foundation began in honor of Parris Gaehring. A bright student who at 16 years old tragically lost his life to gun violence. To share in his spirit and values we provide counseling for crime victims college prep programs for firstgeneration students and training to support individuals who want to make a difference.
