Little Presque Isle Overlook near Marquette Michigan Upper Peninsula Region of Library Cooperation We are a group of people working together to improve library services in the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan. The UPRLC is governed by a board of representatives from school schoolpublic public academic and special libraries throughout the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan. Officers and board members are elected at the annual meeting held each year in September. Though all libraries from the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan are eligible for membership in the UPRLC only registered member libraries have a vote in the elections.
