Since, 1971 WHGA has developed over 1,600 units of #affordablehousing in Harlem and offer an array of social services such as #financialliteracy #healthyeating WHGA is an affordable housing and social services organization founded in 1971. We serve West and Central Harlem residents. The organizations primary mission is to provide affordable housing to the residents of the Harlem community. It also provides community services including anti-drug use counseling for neighborhood youth, job training programs and recreational activities.
