TO SUPPORT, PROMOTE, AND CONDUCT COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT TEACH LIFELONG LEARNING IN SWIMMING AND OTHER WATER RELATED ACTIVITIES TO DULUTH AND OUR SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. WE WILL PROVIDE A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHERE INDIVIDUALS OF ANY AGE GROUP, SOCIAL AND/OR ETHNIC BACKGROUND MAY LEARN FROM EACH OTHER.
