North Georgia Pipes Drums Since 2007 North Georgia Pipes Drums NoGaPD is a group of musicians who are dedicated to excellence. We perform as a group and individually at various events around the North Georgia area. We have competed compete regionally as members of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association EUSPBA at the Grade 4 level one of the highest ranked bands in the state of GA.
