Carroll County Bird Club Carroll County Bird Club Welcome Photo by Cori Brown The Carroll County Bird Club was founded in 1979. Early meetings were held in members homes. Today the club usually meets at the Carroll Nonprofit Center which is located at 225 Clifton Boulevard in Westminster Maryland with occasional Zoom attendance option only when speakers are remote. Club sponsored field trips take place throughout the year.
