Incident Information Release Date & Time: May 16, 2025 at 9:17 AM Location: Long Bridge Rd., Frankford Township, NJ Incident Type: Mutual Aid – 2nd Alarm Residential Structure Fire At 9:17 AM, the Newton Volunteer Fire Department was requested to respond mutual aid into Frankford Township with Ladder 2 for a 2nd alarm residential structure fire. Ladder 2 went in service with a crew of four within five minutes of dispatch and arrived on scene 14 minutes later. Upon arrival, Frankford Fire Command directed Newton Ladder 2 to set up and initiate aerial waterway operations. Newton Fire personnel remained on scene until being released by command at 2:41 PM.
