Radiant Light Sangha, a 501c3 Non-profit Buddhist Organization founded in 2005 by Rev. Eko Noble in Friday Harbor, WA; opened Portland, OR office in 2018. Radiant Light Sangha (RLS), a sanctuary of the Three Treasures of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, offers instruction to all who are inspired by the teachings Buddhism. RLS supports ordained clergy and lay practitioners in cultivating compassion, loving-kindness, wisdom, ethics, peace and understanding in the Buddhist community and public at large. RLS is a 501(c)(3) religious non-profit organization in the State of Washington, with an office in Portland, Oregon. RLS is supported entirely by donations and volunteer efforts.
