JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER AND ITS AFFILIATES, PROVIDED THAT THEY OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE. EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2017 ASSETS WERE TRANSFERRED TO DIGNITY HEALTH AND ST. JOSEPH'S FOUNDATION, A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF DIGNITY HEALTH DBA ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER. THE CORPORATION WAS DISSOLVED WITH THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION EFFECTIVE MARCH 8, 2018.
