As the Fund for Education Abroad (FEA) celebrates 15 years of expanding access to study abroad, recent developments have underscored just how vital our mission remains. New Executive Orders have placed key federal programs — including the Gilman Scholarship, Critical Language Scholarship, and Fulbright — in jeopardy.
