The Jennifer Smart Foundation’s mission is to encourage effective communication in youth and adults, by providing workshops and other experiences that allow them to share their life-changing messages with a broader audience. The foundation's main activities include workshops and coaching on communication skills, including public speaking and interview situations, through the use of audio and video technology. Programs are available for kids, teens and adults. The organization also runs a local nonprofit radio station, which gives participants a platform on which to share their messages. The foundation’s radio and TV production facilities are also available to individuals, groups and businesses, to assist in the promotion of effective communication within the community.
