GISCI offers a world-recognized GIS Professional Certification. IN THE AREAS OF CERTIFICATION, ETHICS, PROFESSIONALISM, AND LEADERSHIP, GISCI WILL: MAINTAIN ITS STATUS AS THE LEADING INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATION OF THE GIS PROFESSION, ENCOURAGE THE ETHICAL USE OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION AND ETHICAL BEHAVIOR OF GIS PROFESSIONALS, AND PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM WITHIN THE BROADER GIS INDUSTRY.
