Broughton Volunteer Fire Department We are a 100 volunteer fire department. Core Values Professionalism through the application of appearance attitude and compassion Integrity Honor with a commitment to be honest and respectful Pride to be committed and motivated to be in the continuous pursuit of excellence. Our History Chartered in April of 1926 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the Broughton Volunteer Fire Department was founded by a group of 13 men. Without the vision and leadership of these exceptional individuals the Broughton Volunteer Fire Department would not exist.

Early this morning, Stations 270, 271, 232, 110, 106, 301, and 180 were dispatched to a residential structure fire with reported entrapment on Mike Reed Dr. in South Park Twp. 271 Chief arrived on scene confirming a working incident with smoke showing from the garage and confirming entrapment.
