Camp Cadet of Westmoreland County
The Westmoreland County Camp Cadet Association was formed for the purpose of sponsoring, organizing and carrying out programs that will provide educational, recreational and related experiences for youth in Westmoreland County that will foster personal and physical self-development, good moral character, self-discipline, civic and social responsibility, and a better understanding and relationship between youth and law-enforcement agencies.
