Supporting and enhancing programs and services of the Jeffco Public Library through fundraising and advocacy efforts THE JEFFERSON COUNTY LIBRARY FOUNDATION (JCLF) is devoted to supporting the programs of Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) through fundraising, advocacy, and education. With the help of JCLF and its dedicated volunteers (more than 300 in 2015), fundamental JCPL programs, like Summer Reading, Early Literacy, and Culture Pass can grow year over year. These programs not only provide educational opportunities to people of all ages, but build JCPL's capacity to serve the community and do what it does best--ensure the free and continuing access to information to all Jefferson County residents.
