North West Housing Partnership is a non-profit, HUD-approved housing counseling agency & an adopter of the National Industry Standard for housing. The purpose of the North West Housing Partnership is to act as a catalyst to bring together the public and private resources necessary to implement a community's housing vision and to create balanced housing opportunities throughout the north and west suburbs of Chicago.

For Seniors and Adults with Disabilities Affordable Rental Housing for Seniors 55 NWHP has developed partnerships with several developers in providing affordable and marketrate rental housing in several communities in the North West suburbs of Chicago. Handyman and CAPABLE Program for Seniors For those who are 60 years and older and people with disabilities 18 or over and in need of simple repairs in the communities of Arlington Heights Buffalo Grove Mount Prospect Palatine Rolling Meadows Des Plaines all of Palatine and Wheeling Townships and Oak Park Township including Oak Park and River Forest.
