Westfield Neighborhood Council is a public, non-profit community based social service organization. The overarching mission of the Westfield Neighborhood Council is to be a beacon of hope and a helping hand for the communities we serve. As agents for social change, our efforts are focused on improving the educational outcomes for youth/young adults in underserved communities, providing training opportunities, and promoting small business job creation. Our vision also includes the development/augmentation community-based programs to support under-represented ethnic groups in the areas of college preparation, youth with disabilities, and social activities for seniors.
