Home The Arc of Shelby County reactivated in 2015 is a proud local community chapter of The Arc of Indiana and The Arc of the United States. Currently we have over 240 members and growing. DISCOVERMORE The SENSES gym was opened on February 1 2016 and is cosponsored by the Shelbyville VC Aktion Club. We have served well over 1000 children since 020116.
