Yesterday was National Senior Health & Fitness Day! At RAMC, we have a great program called Seniors on the Go - a class led by RAMC Instructor Jason Noble, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACE Health Coach. This class is open to the public and meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Fusch Community Center and is designed to keep seniors strong and healthy! It includes stretching, strengthening with hand weights and exercise bands, balance, aerobic, sitting and standing exercises. Everyone exercises at their own pace and skill.
