Founded in 1951, KHCA/KCAL is a statewide non-profit trade association that represents over 260 long-term care providers. The KHCA is a statewide non-profit association that represents over 270 long term care providers, including both for-profit and not-for-profit communities. KCAL is the arm of association that serves the interests of Kansas’s state-licensed-only homes. KHCA'A MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY OF KENTUCKY'S HOME HEALTH INDUSTRY BY BRINGING TOGETHER AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO CARE PROVIDERS WHO VALUE THE HOME AS A THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CARE OF PERSONS EXPERIENCING AN IMPAIRMENT OF THEIR HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
