Parents Alliance Employment Project - home Donate Contact Donate Facebook Linkedin Success Stories Updates Family Support Group Devoted to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through individualized employment services Founded back in 1982 Parents Alliance Employment Project PAEP was staffed solely by parent volunteers who became proactive when the only employment option for their developmentally disabled young adult was a sheltered workshop. They fought for mainstreaming their children in the public school system and community integration. Parents Alliance Employment Project envisions a world based on the philosophy that all individuals have the right to work in the communities they live.
