Making a Difference Making a Difference Scholarship Opportunity With the belief that education is the key to a healthier future of babies the Nathan C. Splant Foundation will sponsor an annual scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to one Hanover Central High School graduating senior entering college. The Scholarship was established in honor of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU graduates and the healthcare professionals who work diligently towards healthy outcomes for premature born children.
