This week's CSP Spotlight shines on Chris Eastwood with the California Milk Advisory Board! Chris Eastwood serves as the Business Development Manager for the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), where he oversees U.S. market expansion and connects California dairy producers with retailers, brokers, and distributors. Before joining CMAB, Chris was the U.S. Head of Sales for Casale Spa, an Italian company renowned for artisanal prosciutto and cured meats, where he expanded their footprint and developed a retail go-to-market strategy. At Gourmet Foods International, Chris built strategic partnerships and specialized marketing plans for specialty food vendors. With two degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and a business law degree from DePaul University, Chris combines his culinary passion and business acumen to elevate specialty foods and support education within the industry. Chris is an ACS CCP, an IDDBA Certified Salumiere, and has moderated multiple panels and webinars at ACS Conferences, SFA Fancy Food, IDDBA, and others. With a strong background in sales in distribution and experience assisting small makers with successful paths to growth, Chris Eastwood has been focused on creating and developing innovative paths for artisan makers.
