Whether you are a newly diagnosed kidney patient a longtime patient a friend or family member of a patient the AKPA is here to assist you. Celebrating 25 Years Celebrating 25 years of Alaska Kidney Patients from the Alaska Kidney Volunteers to an Alaska Chapter of the AAKP to establishing the Alaska Kidney Patients Association. The AKPA was started by Alaska kidney patients and their supporters to encourage each other to teach others about kidney disease to advocate for kidney patients and to create a community of support for Alaskas kidney patients.
