Smile For a Lifetime is a charitable, nonprofit organization that matches kids in need of orthodontic treatment with dental professionals. Smile For a Lifetime is a charitable non-profit that makes it easy for orthodontists and other oral health professionals to provide pro bono services to low-income children. We prioritize our services for low-income youth ages 8-18 and youth in special situations, such as foster care or other out-of-home placements. We partner with orthodontic and dental providers across the US and Canada to streamline the entire administrative process of providing pro bono services: conducting community outreach and patient recruitment, fundraising, soliciting in-kind donations, collecting applications, maintaining financial records, and offering dedicated support to both the family and volunteer dental provider through every phase of treatment.
