AZCAAR serves as a resource for the African American community in Arizona focusing on the areas of AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILD WELLBEING JUVENILE JUSTICE HEALTH AND WELLNESS CIVIC ENGAGEMENT EDUCATION OUR MISSION Improve the quality of life of African Americans in Arizona.
