Conemaugh Township EMS CTEMS is a standalone nonaffiliated ambulance service providing advanced life support ALS and basic life support BLS ambulance service to Conemaugh Township Benson Borough Cairnbrook Central City Borough Paint Township Scalp Level Borough Windber Borough Ogle Township Hooversville Borough as well as parts of Jenner Adams and Quemahoning Townships We are operational 24 hours a day seven days a week out of our stations at 1075 Tire Hill Road Johnstown PA. 15905 and 807 Mains Street Windber PA 15963 We have three fulltime crews that provide prehospital emergency care 24hours a day 7 days a week. Our staff includes approximately 8 Paramedics and 14 Emergency Medical Technicians EMTs.
