Critical Exposure trains DC youth how to harness the power of photography and their own voices to fight for education equity and social justice. Critical Exposure trains DC youth how to harness the power of photography and their own voices to fight for education equity and social justice. Critical Exposure works with Black and Brown youth to transform DC communities and schools into safe, resource-connected places that are liberated from social, political, and economic barriers. We do this through youth organizing, storytelling, and leveraging the power of photography. We envision communities that are liberated, safe, and supportive for young people of Washington, DC, to dream, learn, grow, and thrive.
