Now it is our turn to help themand we can do just that by empowering them through education and jobs to be more successful productive members of our community. Our highest priority is the success of the K12 refugee students. Some background Since August of 2021 the Noor Islamic and Cultural Community Center NICCC in Concord has been serving over 600 newly arrived Afghan refugees in the community.
